Return period

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods in many jurisdictions unless an exception applies. You may offer a longer voluntary return window (e.g. 30 days) — state the exact period here.

Condition of goods

Items should be returned unused and, where applicable, in original packaging with all accessories. Perishable or personalised goods may be excluded as permitted by law.

How to return

Contact us with your order number. We will provide a return address or label where applicable. Do not send returns without prior notice if your process requires an RMA.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price using the same payment method where possible, within a reasonable period. Shipping costs may follow statutory rules.
